Author According to Heribet Watzke we have another brain in our body and it is in our guts. He tells us that it is about the size of a cats brain and has influence over our behaviour. This has helped me gain some insight into eating disorders and some mystical practices such as the ascetics where control over the body(often centered around hunger) becomes the goal.
